    Very worrying report! But what do the percentages mean? Do they, for example, mean that no student passed any subject in the eighteen (18) schools that scored 0%?

    This cannot be true in Ghana where we have poly, vocational and technical training institutions for those who do not make it the the next "logical" stage. The 0% should be explained further

    I feel very sorry for Volta SHS’s.Volta has some of the best teachers in Ghana but most of them are teaching in other regions.So sad.
