  This completely dysfunctional and compromised Municipal Assembly is speaking? You people have no credibility. Look at what you are doing at Tse Addo?. People have encroached on the roads, preventing the contractor on site from doing double drains. On all the inner roads, the contractor had to abandon double drains. Look in particular the Pentecost church road where a lady has encroached the road and boldly put your permit on her wall which has forced the drains contractor to stop work. Go to Tse Addo and see . You are sitting here spewing trash
