This is what ignoring the North East and Upper East in the Ghana government's development plan brings. We have politicians and the so called educated who do not want to even visit their own homes because of lack of good roads. Ghana should be ashamed of itself that a district capital village has only one road connecting it to the rest of the country and we pride ourselves in trying to get other countries to pay for what we ourselves instigated and condoned. Wake up Ghana and solve your problems and not waiting for others to do it for you.Brain drain has killed the spirit of Ghana. YEN

They should clean all the gutters and break every building standing on the waterway and blocking the flow of the floodwaters. The problem will be solved and there will be no more flooding.
