The Chief of Kwahu Tafo, Nana Kwasi Opoku Minta, says the new 24-Hour Economy market will be a game-changer for businesses and livelihoods in the area.

Speaking at the official handing over of the project site, the chief praised the government for delivering on its campaign promise, a report by adomonline.com has said.

Nana Kwasi Opoku Minta told residents and stakeholders that the market will open up business opportunities, attract more traders, and boost commercial activity across Kwahu Tafo and the wider district.

He said once completed, the project will give the local economy a major lift.

"We are grateful to the government for bringing this project to Kwahu Tafo. This market will help businesses grow and improve the local economy," he said.

Kwahu East DCE Samuel Asamoah added that the assembly expects the market to increase revenue and drive development in the district.

He pledged the assembly’s full cooperation with contractors to ensure quality work is delivered on time.

"This project is very important to the district. We will cooperate fully with the contractors to ensure quality work is completed on schedule," he stated.
