Such a person should be charged with vehicular manslaughter if she can be proved by laboratory tests to have been drunk at the time of the accident and be imprisoned for about 20 years without parole. If he was not drunk, but just speeding, that can be treated differently. Let him rot at the most violent part of the Prison.

When I was there the only time you see police was in the morning during rush hour and late at night past 10pm when police were doing spot checks etc. In-between those times, you hardly see police on the roads and this must change..im sure such busy streets have high people and motorists so having police motorbikes, vehicles around gives an impression that others can't misbehave.. im sure if the drunk driver had seen police he would have acted differently rest in peace to the deceased and to the injured get well soon. Ofcourse, the regional minister, mayor n does are all no where to be found

Is this not madness? When such speeding drivers are arrested in towns, villages and cities, they should be made to do Prison or jail time and should not only be fined.
