  It's unfortunate that things like this is happening in the country. The security personnel are are supposed to protect human lives and not take it especially when you are dealing with a suspect. I hope and pray the the relevant institutions will take this matter up and ensure the right thing is done. As a people, we should not close our eyes and ears to cases like this as we don't know who will be next. Today it's in the upper east region tomorrow it can any part of the country.
