The situation highlighted when the AFRC/P-NDC insisted that it was criminal for households to own multiple toilet facilities while others had none. Instead of educating city dwellers about Open defecation some people think it's okay to live with it. Many of the tourists who visit Ghana have complained about unhygienic situation in some parts of the country, esp Accra. It's a sad situation
