Who told this chap that discipline is not part of the grooming processes of the school going child? It is for good reason that we strive for uniformity in our institutions. You want the infestation of hair lice in our schools, for example?, How can the state control such an epidemic looking at the huge numbers we currently have in our schools? We must not just be opening our mouths and say anything at all. We must apply wisdom to our utterances. Education is supposed to train the head, heart and hand of the participant(s) and discipline plays a focal part of that.

NPP should keep quiet. As a political party and a government, NPP couldn't solving the educational problems in this country, particularly the free free SHS programme. The so called free SHS programme became starving of students due to lack of food items and overcrowding in our boarding schools. A new government is now in power and trying to solve some of the mess created by the NPP government and the NPP politicians are always talking. Meanwhile, these NPP politicians were given the country to manage for 8 years and they mismanage it
