  In some developed countries anyone that sells/serves food or alcohol to the public has to attend certified food or alcohol safety class sanctioned by the government.

  One is required to apply for permit from the MMDAs to sell food. It includes medical tests. It's also part of FDA requirements. I guess some just flout it.

  Ghana leaders are fools..had it not being for this complaint. people will be eating this food. Get sick and become a burden on the govt..we have leaders who don't care about the public. The various regional fda should make sure all food and restaurants usinesses are registered. No more selling waakye or any food beside the dirty gutter no wonder mahatma Ghanaians called afrocans dirty people who live like animals. Societies develop and improve. Since 1957 people have been selling food beside gutter. In 2025 they are still doing this. Why? If you want to operate a restaurant or food business it must be classified as a restaurant or take out..you must have a building and a roof. Don't just set up table and start selling food anywhere. Such persons should take that business to the local market. You have several people doing food business and not paying taxes. For healthcare, education etc and we have so called leaders sitting there watching..most of the deaths and diseases are passed down through these unhealthy establishments
