I have experienced similar circumstances where I was enstolled as a chief in an area in Ghana; however, I learnt someone else wanted the stool. I quietly abdicated the stool for him to occupy and as a matter of fact I convinced the kingmakers to enstoll him.
After the incicdence, I stopped supporting development projects in the area and now he is struggling and cannot approach me. Now the youth hate him and openly accuse him of not helpingg. Previously, I use to raise money and other support for the town.

There is a saying in Ewe which say Dakpa dor, lupkor dor, Kpodor. Which means you want work, you have work work.

Where is the stupid and 'kɔtebɔtɔ' NDC Ayariga siblings? If Asantefoɔ and for that matter, Kumase were that senseless, insane, violent, mad and behaved as rogue politicians like the Ayariga animals, would Kumase be a safe and secured haven to accommodate the numerous rampaging Ntafoɔ tribes with their animal and medieval mindsets?

It will be better for the Asantehene and other like-minded Akan ethnic groups to secede or rethink about their future and fight for a system of federalism or federation to protect their identity as a dignified people and rule over themselves as it were before the coming of the early Europeans.

As it is now, the current structure of the system of governance in Ghana will not help the Akans in any way.

With the NDCs' treacherous political ideology of harbouring natural hatred against Akans, the (Akan's) tolerance for other ethnic groupings and their nature of inclusiveness will not help their course and their wellbeing.

Let the uninitiated call me a tribalist or whatever, posterity will judge me right in the course of time.

Most of the different tribes in Ashanti region or greater Accra have their chiefs. The Igbos or Yurobas from Nigeria can also have their chiefs and there's no problem with that. The problem arises when one calls himself a king in someone's land. In the Ashanti kingdom there's only one king, in the Ga kingdom there's only one king, likewise in Dagbon, and others. You can have an Ashanti Chief in England but not Ashanti king. The Igbos case is that they want to have an Igbo kingdom in the Ga land, and this is unacceptable
