You are not alone.
The subpar news report is more interested in telling us she presented a paper at Oxford than providing details about the paper she presented itself.

Why do we need this report? is it a paid PR? or because of her appointment together with her father and mother in government.

In Ghana we said that our 1992 Constitution is about progressive free education from the Primary to the university level.
So to me it seems that our priority should be on free education at all level, and must not encourage any state and private sector collaboration in education.
Such state and private sector collaboration is against the 1992 Constitution.
I need not go further to prove that the state sector in education in the world has proved to develop the best and better scholars around the world.
A case in point is the students from Cuban health educational sector who are serving in various parts of the world as volunteers. Not only that, Cuba has the best psychiatric intuitions in the world.
They are not private run institutions=, but state ones.
The crush of the technological giants, US and Russia in the current Russia's Special Military Operation and reports from Ukrainian commanders show perfectly that NATO member countries which arms are bought from private weapon manufacturers are inferior as compared to those that are produced by state owned weapon manufacturers in Russia and Ukraine herself.
The production of intellectuals in all aspects of human endeavour is not just about a person attends a prestigious institution, but the knowhow of the expert and his ability to resolve issues in the aspect of his study.
A few years ago a British cocoa precession company want someone to produce a sortor for cocoa beans, as cocoa beans were not sorted out before roasted, leaving some burnt, some fried well and others not cooked.
I Ghanaian engineer who was trained in Odessa Technical University, Ukraine was able to solve this problem for the British company.
I have been writing about the Jamestown sea defence project with was also performed by two graduates of Ghana from the same university who worked at the Ghana Architectural Engineering Services.
I wish to beg that even the father of this lady was able to raise an accounting institution to an accounting university, not because he was a product of some prestigious university in the west, but a state owned Russian university.
Some of the products of Accra Technical Training Center (ATTC), who had further educational exposure in the former Soviet Union are good examples of state to state produced experts, and I am proud to be one of them.
