  Because you are not affected but I think human face should be given this reset agenda. I felt it when a mansion was demolished without sacking the authorities that looked on for the construction of this buildings. You can’t be pulling peoples buildings down to make them homeless and kill their livelihoods in the midst of this high unemployment rate. Accommodation for citizens should be government responsibility through affordable housing schemes so human face must be given. Our engineers must come together to solve the problems of flooding. Major cities in the world get flooded doesn’t mean all the buildings should be pulled down knowing that our cities are on low lying grounds. Floods alerts should be on point for people to evacuate and live their lives in the dry season and we should stop this pick and choose demolitions

  Go ahead TDC. We are all in support. This is not the Tema we met 30 years ago. Unauthorized structures, kiosks with sleeping materials. It is filthy and disgraceful. Malians, Chadians, Nigerians, Burkinabese with foreign currencies on the main streets of Tema Metropolis changing money when we have authorised Forex bureaux around. When you complain they will tell you big men dey behind. These foreigners line up their wives and children along the streets begging for money as early as 7.30am. Why? Why? Hmmmmm. Please let's arrange to send them back home. Madam Mayor, the task is huge. Thank you.
