The use of guns at festival or occasions must be prohibited by Ghanaian law. The police must charge the person who gave the first gun shot before the incident.

Never point a gun anywhere other than upward if you don't intend to shot someone. Always point the gun to the sky loaded or unloaded if you don't intend to kill.
