Of course with respect to the definition of terrorism in the dictionary, u can label the bawku issue as terrorism. However from historical knowledge of the issue, it's a traditional clash between two factions of a community. It's not spread beyond those two groups. Base on this it's far from being treated as terrorism cos nonindegenous people ar safe and have not been targeted.
