Remember, how a dogomba professor lost the opportunity to become vice chancellor in one the Universities in the south just because he didn't hail from that enclave. So we must all work to change this, so the the institutions can work for us!

  Even those of us who were born in tamale and even speak Dagbani better than our own languages are treated badly by Dagombas when leadership is discussed.
  Little wonder why institutions in northern region and tamale in particular are all poorly managed.

Was the college incepted as a tribal, land-based college? Can the youth establish their own? Was not the college established by a Catholic Mission? Can't they also establish their islamic or dagomba college, if they foolishly feel that they want representation? HOW COME THEY FEEL SO ENTITLED JUST BECAUSE THE COLLEGE IS IN YENDI? How you noticed the nursing college of late? 95% or more of the students are muslims and dagombas, because they shamelessly have their own as a principal! If this their behavior is to be replicaed by other tribes in Ghana, will dagombas and by extension, muslims ever head institions in other regions and christian communities?   They are the main cause tensions and conflict in Ghana today.The chieftaincy act prohibits them meddling in politics and by implication the governance of the nation.They feel entitled and aren’t able to keep to their traditional roles.

  How can a local illiterate chief appoint a principal for a whole teaching college simply because the collage is situated in his town? This lawlessness of the Dagomba chief must be stopped by the central government before it gets out of hand.
  
  If this lawlessness is allowed to continue, it will definitely bring confusion in the country, and Dagombas will be the worst losers; no Dagomba person will be allowed to head any institution in the South., meaning from Kintampo, through Kumasi, to Accra.

  The Hausa tribe in northern region are mostly MOSLEMS so saying that, the northern communities are hostile to Catholic and churches shows how little u know about Ghana!

  For your information, THE MOLE-DAGANI are the second largest ethnic group in Ghana which compromises the DAGOMBA people
