What a stupid lawyer???? A whole community has been deprived of representation for 4 goods years and the SC court refusal to hear their case is not serious? What else is more serious than this? We are in George Owell’s animal farm, all animals are the same but some are more qualified than others. This SC headed by the stooge Torkonoo is overstepping its jurisdiction and abusing power

Whether constitutional or whatever, Being without a representation is one same thing and have same meaning anywhere u go, you can't watch on for some persons to be without a representation for four yrs and cite being without a representation as your bases for letting another group of persons remain there just for one and a half months, u thieves hide behind, the law,the law, to subvert the same very laws to persecute others in favour of others. Gyakyie Quaison asked to remain in parliament until the elections so his people don't lose being represented, same supreme court said No, why must some people be accorded different treatments from others? And if you see the trajectory too, NDC people are the ones that are always refused or denied representation, this kind of deliberate injustices can't be said to be coincidental, it's an abuse of power in favour of the incumbent.

Akufo-Addo and his NPP KNEW EXACTLY what they were doing by packing the justice system with their members and sympathizers! They made that system into MASTER BULLIES to which their babby bullies in parliament and elsewhere run to with whining after doing their bullying, knowing very well they will be protected. Nothing less than a kangaroo justice system in Banna Republic.

But in these both cases you can see that the constitution needs Amendments. It must be clearly stipulated for future cases. It doesn't work this way. Since four years no MP for SALL??? Unbelievable.

The constitutional instrument used by Speake Gbagbin needs to interpretation. Even a layman like myself did need any help undersanding it. By the way former Speaker Oquate did not need the Supreme Court's help to apply it. Afenyo-Markin was in.parliament then. He raised no issue becsuse it favoured the NPP. Folks, if you cannnot appreciate this TRANSPARENT HYPOCRISY, then you need surgery to repair your TRIBALISTIC AND PARTY PARTISANSHIP BLINDNESS to save the future of your country. And will that be spiritual, psychiatric or physical surgery?

Even though SALL has been ignored, let us just look at 2020 Fomena case which was declared vacant by NPP led Quay and the current issue. What's the difference?

I am not a lawyer but I understand where the people mentioning SAL's issue are coming from. The lawyer is saying that this case about interpretation and that od SALL is not. He got it all wrong! The SC in their ruling indicated that their order to restrain the speaker from executing his ruling was that hundreds of thousands in the four constituencies will be denied representation. That where SALL's issues comes in. SALL has no representation for 4 years and the SC did not see anything wrong with it and just less than two months for the seats to be vacant they are crying wolf. Where is the fairness? You need to go back to Makola for refresher course in logic.
