Whether constitutional or whatever, Being without a representation is one same thing and have same meaning anywhere u go, you can't watch on for some persons to be without a representation for four yrs and cite being without a representation as your bases for letting another group of persons remain there just for one and a half months, u thieves hide behind, the law,the law, to subvert the same very laws to persecute others in favour of others. Gyakyie Quaison asked to remain in parliament until the elections so his people don't lose being represented, same supreme court said No, why must some people be accorded different treatments from others? And if you see the trajectory too, NDC people are the ones that are always refused or denied representation, this kind of deliberate injustices can't be said to be coincidental, it's an abuse of power in favour of the incumbent.

Foolishness. What was the judgement in the sall case? The high court judge saud he has no jurisdiction. The case is for the SC. Same supreme court thst declined the case

But in these both cases you can see that the constitution needs Amendments. It must be clearly stipulated for future cases. It doesn't work this way. Since four years no MP for SALL??? Unbelievable.

The SC in their ruling indicated that their order to restrain the speaker from executing his ruling was that hundreds of thousands in the four constituencies will be denied representation. That where SALL's issues comes in. SALL has no representation for 4 years and the SC did not see anything wrong with it and just less than two months for the seats to be vacant they are crying wolf. Where is the fairness? You need to go back to Makola for refresher course in logic.
