Mr Woyongo and his team had to run away to save their life so it’s not true that it’s only under Npp government that conflicts erupt in Bawku. Mahama is noted for lying. He was at Cape coast telling the chiefs that he built 73 E blocks which actually were 29 completed under his regime. He claimed he started the Free Shs knowing very well it was not true. Ghanaians should be aware of Mahama the crook.
