  NDC couldn’t provide Allembila school with buildings and furniture like those in Tamale, Hohoe, Obuasi, Accra, & Cape coast? By allowing the school or the district to establish the school, it means there must have been a feasibility studies and infrastructure assessment. You don’t get up and start a public school with the necessary ground work.
  
  It is easy to blame Nana Addo with a flawed logic. John Mahama is equally guilty or much worse
