  Due to the unbelievable account, I am inclined to suspect that the conduct of the school authorities as reported in the story, are exaggerated. However, if it is true then the whole lot of primitive cave dwellers managing the school and peoples children, must be fired by the GES. This should be followed by a court action instituted by the parents or gsurdians of the student. Some of us wear nice clothes and hold impressive educational certificates but upon closer examination, they are mere quadrupeds.

  Some doting parents just think their wards are angels who do no wrong. Their attitude encourages their wards to be arrogant and disrespectful of authority. Though the housemaster must have been provoked beyond endurance, I do not suppport the physical assault on the student. But I support the Headmistress ordering an angry and unreasonable parent to walk out of her office.

Without discipline hell will prevail in schools ooo ges and you'll be 10 miles away from the scene leaving the officers you've put there in it. Screw driver wasn't pushed into the ear so it'll heal itself don't worry and be good next time

  Labone again! My junior brother had his phone seized when he attended a Saturday classes which was arranged by the Dad and paid privately. This is outside regular school teachings. A teacher seized his phone and was not returned even upon completion of school. His Dad went to plead on the son’s behalf but the school kept the brand new phone. I’m not supporting students using phones during school hours but you don’t keep seized items for your personal use. Shame!
