  So it means, any chief can also form a taskforce to carry out the work of Ghana police in their respective regions. This precedent is recipe for confusion, chaos and eventual war in Ghana. How can an ordinarry paramount chief form an illegal vigilante group and provide them with arms and ammunitions to terrorise other law abiding citizens whilst the state looks on unconcerned.
