These are the incompetencies and maladministration of the dwarf and bawuliar. The last time he commissioned a Fire traing school in the ahafo region , he (the clown) was bragging that they have doubled the staff strength of GNFS. Now the question is, if not job for the boys/girls while do you double the number without providing the tools for them to work with. A visionary leadership would have maybe increased the number by half and the rest of the money used to equip the staff to save life and property. How many fires has the GNFS ever successfully fought? none!
