    This is not discriminatory. KNUST has not got qualified lecturers to teach at the PhD level. It is not easy to get lecturers to teach Visually Impaired students at the universities at the PhD level. He should rather fight for ...

    KNUST has no qualified lecturers to teach a physically handicapped person at that level. He needs a scholarship to Britain, Canada or the USA to study.
