Moreover, this call will go a long way to ease the daily crowds at all the passport offices in Kumasi and Accra respectively.

If you have a structure/structures that can be used temporarily, then you have drastically reduced the burden of the government to only the provision of human and few logistics. The government could start with solving the high unemployment in the Upper East Region by recruiting with the requisite qualification. This Gabriel Agambila man is too serious and too intelligent a person to be from Upper East. He oughts to be from the Upper Region.
