Only the NCA can authorize closure of a radio station in Ghana. It is even against the (FCC) Federal Communications Commission regulations in the USA for a radio station to be silent for a number of days usually 30 days. In some cases, if there is a fault it must be fixed in 3 minutes.
To banish a business in your community is a bad signal to potential investors. So it is better to be circumspect about your utterances.
