Ministry of Health to employ medical officers

The Ministry of Health (MoH) has asked registered medical practitioners who are unemployed to send in their applications for a job.

All medical officers who have completed their housemanship and permanently registered with the Medical and Dental Council as at March 2, 2020 are eligible to apply.

In a press release signed by the Chief Director of the Minister for Health, Nana Kwabena Adjei-Mensah, applicants are required to log onto the ministry’s website for the vacancy.

“Qualified Medical Officers are required to formally apply on the Ministry of Health online application portal by logging in onto http://hr.moh.gov.gh and follow the instructions to select the preferred agency under the Ministry,” the release said.

Recruitment into the service will be a one-week exercise starting from Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 12noon to Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
