Priority Insurance Ltd. has demonstrated its commitment to prompt claims settlement with the payment of GH¢1,324,737.12 to the Central Regional Health Directorate following extensive losses sustained during a flood incident on August 19, 2026 at the Regional Medical Stores, Cape Coast.

The claims cheque as reported by Accra Street Journal was presented to the Directorate by Felix Akyea-Bekoe, General Manager, Operations and Ernest Kweku Danquah, Head of Branch Operations, on behalf of Management of Priority Insurance.

Receiving the cheque on behalf of the Central Regional Health Directorate were Michael Kyei-Mensah, Deputy Director, Finance; Edem Agbley, Regional Procurement Manager; Ruth Adofo Ag. Manager, Regional Medical Stores; Alexander Ashong Profson, Regional Internal Auditor; Aps. Prosper Eric Ocran, Manager, Regional Estate and Rita Koranteng, Accountant, Regional Medical Stores.

Representatives of the Directorate expressed their appreciation to Priority Insurance Ltd for its responsiveness, professionalism and payment of the claim. They acknowledged the importance of having a dependable insurance partner that provides the necessary support when unforeseen events occur.
