  This is quite interesting. There is a case yet to start soon on such a matter. What happens if someone takes another man's car registers it in his name by changing the model name, and keeps it for 15years , and is found out by the owner, what crime has such a person committed? Do we give the car to the rightful or not. What happens to the thief?
