Professor Samuel Ato Duncan, the President General of COA Research & Manufacturing Limited Company (COA-RMLC), stood before stakeholders, members of the press, and esteemed guests gathered in the bustling hall of the Exim Bank in Accra.

With a commanding presence, he commenced by tracing the evolution of COA-RMLC, from its modest beginnings in 2006 to its current stature as a pioneer in natural medicine.

He recounted the journey of COA FX, its transformation into COA Mixture, and the recent expansion of their product line with COA Plus Mixture and COA MT Mixture in 2023.

However, amidst their successes, Professor Duncan swiftly addressed a pressing concern: brand misuse. He sternly cautioned against deceptive claims by individuals selling products mimicking COA Mixture at lower prices, emphasizing the risks posed to consumers and the company's reputation.

Transitioning seamlessly, Professor Duncan shed light on price variations, clarifying that while COA Mixture maintained a consistent retail price, slight adjustments by distributors were necessary for operational purposes, ensuring fair pricing practices.

Delving into product distinctions, Professor Duncan outlined the unique benefits of each COA product, emphasizing their roles in enhancing general well-being, supporting the immune system, and combating malaria.

Yet, the most urgent issue addressed was the proliferation of unauthorized marketing materials promoting COA products as cures for various diseases. Professor Duncan reiterated the company's stance: while their products offer health benefits, they are not registered cures and should not replace traditional medical treatment for serious illnesses.

Prior to Professor Duncan's address, Pilot Queen Princess Duncan, Deputy CEO of COA Research and Manufacturing Limited Company, welcomed attendees.

She emphasized the company's commitment to high-quality products and excellent customer service, reassuring stakeholders of concrete actions taken to address brand misuse and protect consumers.

Professor Duncan reaffirmed COA-RMLC's dedication to advancing natural medicine. He invited stakeholders to join their journey, promising precise information and responsible use of COA products to safeguard both consumer well-being and the company's integrity.
