New Crystal Health Services Limited wins CIMG Private Health Facility of the Year

The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana awarded New Crystal Health services Limited the best marketing-oriented private healthcare service provider in the country at its 34th annual national marketing performance awards ceremony held at the Labadi Beach Hotel.

According to CIMG, the company received this award in appreciation of its proficiency in strategic marketing, which ranged from marketing insights to the successful development of marketing mix programs to create value for the market and, ultimately, offer exceptional outcomes.

Dr. Wisdom Amegbletor, the company's CEO, dedicated the award to the hospital's employees and devoted patients and thanked all the stakeholders who have worked with the hospital throughout the course of its 20-year existence. He reaffirmed the firm's commitment to delivering top-notch healthcare in its service areas and making a substantial impact on the provision of healthcare in Ghana and beyond.

Receiving the award, Gidel Kwasi Fiavor the head of marketing and business development at New Crystal Health Services Limited says “Our operations are guided by our FPCC policy on the principles of dignity and respect, collaboration, information sharing, partnership and participation with our clients and their families to provide them with solution”.

He further mentioned that the hospital has introduced new specialist services – dermatology, ENT, internal medicine among others and also investing in technology and infrastructure to help deliver superior care to its valued clients and all stakeholders.
