It is only the NPP that has remained consistent with $13.9 so far. It appears the NDC is not saying the truth. They are doing this to defend Thief Mahama at all cost. However, pressure mounted on the NDC has forced Allotey Jacobs, the NDC chairman for Central Region to admit guilt. So l ask, whose responsibility is it to send the contract to Parliament for approval? Npp. So is it right for a gov to give a contract to an entity and when substantial resources have been expended to raise funds and actually work stated, npp turns round cheat the contractor by saying that oooo l did not do my job but am blaming you so l don't care the money you have spent
