He can be tried but not in an open court and on conviction, he will not serve for more than three years! His jail is separate and mostly has to do with rehabilitation and reformation! And upon his serving of the sentence, the ... read full comment

He should go to Borstal or James camp prison in Accra and find out the ages of those at their correctional center. Minors are not placed in the same prison with adults, but they can be tried and punished if found guilty of an offense.

Traditionally, anyone under the age of 18 is considered a child and will be tried in the juvenile court system. But in every country there are legal provisions under which children can be tried as adults especially in murder ... read full comment

Never ever involved in such a crime. Even to set foot in public crimes. He should ask God for forgiveness. He needs fervent prayers and protection.
