Actually, our party leadership and the appointing authority of the MCEs and DCEs must be extra careful not to appoint an imposter to the detriment of the party at grassroot levels. ln the South Dayi District in the Volta Region, One Mr Datti Philipo is trying to impose his concubine who was NDC woman organizer in the constituency on us at all cause. He secretly made membership card for her meanwhile, this woman never stepped our party office or any meeting before.

Why can't we just do anything right? How can a DCE be impose on people by some few? How long would it be long to switch that process to electoral process? We so incapable in things right everyday
