You help someone to become president because you believe in his ability to govern and part of governance is his ability to appoint people in whom he has confidence to help him govern. So, if these thugs are going around forcing the president's appointees out of office then, how can we defend their actions?
If they think they have a better judgment than the president, why did they not work for themselves to be president.

Any other enforcement group is illegitimate and needs to be nipped in a bid immediately. Arrest every member of this group and let's see what happens. When you the break law, you make yourself liable to arrest and eventual prosecution and that is what the government should be doing.
