By your submission, every Tom, Dick and Harry can register a political party and whether the party is dormant or no, the leader of that dormant party should be accorded special treatment. How many votes did her party garner in the last general elections and in how many constituencies does her party have a presence. Please, state affairs is serious business. Let's stop celebrating mediocrity. There are far more important personalities who were not invited. If State Protocol were to extend invitation to everyone who think they were important, then every Ghanaian should be invited, because every Ghanaian is equally important in their own right.
