Ghanaian politicians should concentrate on planning the economy and stop waisting too much time on vehicles. Is it not a disgrace that we can't even manufacture vehicles but we are so obsessed with cars manufactured by other countries and spend so much time wrestling between task force and individuals and so on. What type of mentality do we have that we can't just think of what matter to us but what others have made and we struggle to have them.

But here we are, over 6oo cars at the Presidency. DOING WHAT??
Some people when they get to public office they become unapproachable, they behave like lords and princes. We have neglected the villages and all have converged to the big cities to lead comfortable lives. Most of the politicians have left their places of abode, and villages and towns and made the Greater Accra Region their homes. No wonder Accra is choking. I am not calling any party's name, but for a party to put up a $20 Million Dollar office building in Accra, and are not able to pay for the rent office in the Volta region is what? Party officials having more than one car is what? We have dilapidated school buildings all over the country, yet we have a $20 million dollar office building situated in Accra, and we are fighting over 600+ cars at the presidency. We should sell all those cars and use some for the 60 years anniversary, as someone said, and every official should come with his her own car, and get own accommodation in Accra. We are our own worst enemies. Thanks for the space.
