Wonders will really never end; for how can any sane person condemn the president for ethnocentrism just for saying that the NPP will use and discard him? Edward Brenya and his ilk must be thinking with their minds and brains turned upside down. Just last week at Akropong, former president Kuffuor was on an NPP political campaign platform where he said that the Akwapims and Akyems should vote for Nana Addo because he is their SON. What was that meant to be, and where were the MFWA, Edward Brenya and all the hypocrites who only find their voices when it is about castigating the NDC. There are a catalogue of ethnocentric statements made by leading members of the NPP over the years and nothing was heard from these hypocrites: Ursula Owusu calling northerners herders of goats, sheep and cattle; Kennedy Agyepong calling for the killing of Gas and Ewes; Osafo Marfo just a couple of months ago saying that people from the Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Volta and Greater Accra regions are not fit to lead this country because those regions do not have any resources. What is more ethnocentric that these? Ghana is becoming a country of LIARS, HYPOCRITES and Politically biased intellectuals and clergy. They seem to have no shame in exposing their bias and ethnically motivated comments. God is watching, and HE will surely judge us all accordingly.
