We can improve on the existing ones which have been abandoned due to proliferation of bore holes and create new ones in the low lying areas. We are lucky courtesy galamsey we have a lot of earth moving machines in the country which could be commandeered to implement the program. You need to procure fuel to power these under utilised machines. After all engineers and planners are there they can be contracted to do this job over four years at the right price to do this job and if not all substantial number can be covered to improve the lot of our people. This is practical problem solving. Please let's think deeper and stop childish thinking.
