What are the safeguards to ensure that: the system is not hacked, hijacked or otherwise interfere with?
What is there to prevent substitution of pink sheets? What punishment is there against a PO that alters results before scanning to send.
The NPP is for plugging the glaring loopholes.

What was agreed and captured in the reforms was electronic transmission of constituency collation forms. It was not transmission of 29,000 pink sheets. The risk with that has not be considered. That is what the NPP wants the discussion on.
