Which is better? NHIS card or Identification by ANY TWO GHANAIANS? (2) NHIS card or Driving Licence? So many Nigerians, Malians, Togolese, Ivorians holding Ghanaian Driving License. How many Ghanaians NEED Driving licence so will opt for that instead of NHIS card? (3) NHIS or Passport? What do majority of Ghanaians need passport for? Numerous Nigerians have been arrested in foreign lands with Ghanaian passports. OTHERWISE WHY SHOULD AKUFO ADDO BURN THE PASSPORT OFFICE? One doesnnot to be a Judge Like Dotse, to have COMMON SENSE which is better than PhD.

How else can we lose sleep and get stressed about simple orders. We do so bcos law is about INTERPRETATION. If you have a point of view all you do is speak well and use jargons and you win. Normally lawyers or rather legal documents don't speak simple Queen's English but in this judgement it was simple English used. Look at Tenancy / Lease Agreements, look at adoption or marriage documents and also look at indentures, are these in simple, plain English? No. It is to allow these lawyers a field day - they come out and show off, of course they deserve to - I like lawyer AAA [ace ankomah]

We do not know where that one comes from.
If it comes from Lawyer Asare, we would want to know from where he got that one.
Normally, administrative matters of that sort are not decreed to "immediately" redressed by wise judges, precisely the one Prof Asare is effusive about today.
Yes, we agree strongly: Ghana needs more "learned people like Prof H Prempeh, Ace Ankomah...(to)...speak more on national or rather constitutional issues - single sourcing, role of GNPC, BOG, EC etc."

Our point still stands:
Normally, administrative matters of that sort are not decreed to (be) "immediately" redressed by wise judges, precisely the one Prof Asare is effusive about today."
That is the language you find in cases involving "contempt of court".
"take steps immediately to
delete or as is popularly known 'clean"" is a mighty poor choice of words and concepts, given the subject matter.

The Supreme Court is confused period.
Now,did this guy tell Ghanaian media he is a Constitutional Law Professor as they stated here, which school is he teaching constitutional law, does holding a law degree makes one a constitutional Lawyer let alone a law professor?
If they continue to refer to him as such it means the guy is a fraudster, only a fraudster will claim a tittle he does not have, this is not different from the quack doctor who was arrested.
This so called law professor lives in the US,can he tell us when Supreme Court Judges discuss their own ruling in the media if Dotse is a fair minded judge as he claims?
It was a disgrace for Justice Dotse to play politics with their own ruling discussing the ruling with the media, instead of ignoring the media he chose to fall in the gutter with them to discuss the ruling which is a shame.

Everything points to the fact that Ghanaians are suffering and want change! John Mahama has failed the nation; he's come to his wits end! There's noting good he can do for Ghana, except to hang on to power, allowing his looting brigade to steal the nation's wealth. They're now exporting Ghana's hard-earned foreign exchange into their overseas accounts.
Yet, when the alarm bells blow, they turn around and say nothing is going on. They're using Ghana's Mission in the U.K. and the U.S. to cover their bottoms in all their leaked dubious deals including cocaine trafficking.
How on earth can Charlotte Osei defy the order or instructions of the SC to clean the electoral roll, as if she's above the law? Ghanaians should wake up and reject the corrupt NDC gov't in the November elections before they totally destroy Ghana.
