So if you have taken 8 years to lay foundation for an economy which was already in middle income level plus the discovery of oil then I must say Mr Wonyongo you have done absolutely nothing. Kuffour used 8 years to move us from HIPC to middle income status and you are taking 8 years to build foundations for a middle income economy then Mr Woyongo tweeaaaa.
