America has 50 States and more than 2,000 Districts/Counties and over 30,000 or so constituencies and yet the media is able to project winners based on survey of voters after the elections.

What makes these Ghanaians think they know better? We need knowledgeable people to manage Ghana.
The whole EC should be reduced in staff to not more than say 2 per constituency and the EC budget slashed to not more than $10 million.
At this stage in life we should be able to add and subtract numbers without needing any outside contractors! It is a SHAME indeed to have to hire others to add numbers and do percentage for us. This can easily be done with simply MS Excel spreadsheet and any high school kid can do this for the EC office for free.
No more outside contractors! Why should be appear so ignorant?
