How do one want money without being prepared to work.Only in Ghana.Having said that, Social emergency financial situations cannot be overlooked as is not in all cases that people would not want to work.How do one Work,if the Job is not available. So,you may try to help somehow,if possible, in an improvised ways and means. (1). Consult and lobby Business Tycoons within and outside your Region to Market the potentials of the Region to Create Jobs for the youth .(2)Out of the Regions allocation of Common Fund and internally generated Revenues, ask your Accountant or Budget Officer to Create Social Emergency or Interventions Fund, from the existing Contingency allocation aready in the Budget, to help people in emergency need.I need not to mention that there should be a priority list of 2 or 3 areas only,where that help could be considered. for example: Medical emergency(not Antenatal,Delivery etc),or School Uniform, Fees, Books,or Registration etc .Anyway.To be Contd.

You people(politicians) promise youth who support your parties in violent acts promises you can never fullfill and when you come to power and you are unable to fullfill those promises, what else do you expect from them than to always knock on your doors for to dole out money to them? Can you believe there is an MP in Tamale who will never support anybody(NDC members or his constituents) but only doles out huge sums of money to those who go about causing trouble in order to ensure that he always wins his seat? In my opinion, the youth are not to blame entirely but politicians too.
