This is what Ghanaians get when they ignore advice from patriots like the former Attorney General Martin Alamisi Amidu. According to Martin Amidu the late president Atta Mills had set up a three man commission to probe John Mahama's involvement in the inflation of the cost of Aircraft bought from Brazil for the Ghana Air Force. The NDC hierarchy frustrated the beginning of the work of the commission only for the president to die mysteriously a few weeks along the line. John Mahama then benefited directly from Atta Mills death as he became the president by default and also escaped the late president's rod for his corrupt involvement in the aircraft affair.
