who was on an afternoon shift. It was Paul Afoko who led a group of young men to the GBC station to protest against the coup.I believed
at the time, they thought their demostration was been coordinated from accra and were hopeful it was going to be a nationwide protest but it proved otherwise and the culprits/leaders were hunted by the Rawlings faithfulls/administration.
Afoko therefore has to go into exile to avoid arrest.
At the time, Bugri Nabu was a contractor, with offices in Bolga and Wa
