Nkrumah's ideas are much more relevant today than they were when he espoused them.
We need to add value to our abundant natural resources through industrialisation. We need to develop our educational system to produce the manpower required to man these industries.
We can best progress as a united Africa. We need to develop our African personality and forge our own destiny as Africans.
This is what Nkrumah stood for and devoted his life to this cause. In pursuit of these goals, Nkrumah gave us Akosombo dam, free education and educational institutions, hospitals, Tema harbour, Accra-Tema Motorway, industries to name but a few.
We would do well to pursue Nkrumah's goals.

The situation where some of your members are more Nkrumah than the man himself is a huge problem. If you can stop jealousy, begrudging, and backbiting the party can be attractive. Finally, Samiah is not the solution to CPP's problems. Imoro Egala and PNP won the 1979 based on their commitment to the party without any of Nkrumah's children.

Nkrumah followers are opportunistic that is why the coutry went bankrupt within few yrs. He could have done better had he included the opposition like what Mandela did . His team were not good and competent .
