Your utterances here on this forum would always let folks like myself think twice before we vote for the NPP this time round. Any organisation that fails to accept criticism, either positive or negative, is definitely bound to crumble down one way or the other. Quelling internal dissent even if those dissenting are doing so on-principle / for the good of the organisational structure is a dangerous and slippery slope to disintegration of that organisation.
Leadership also must take responsibility to make sure lines of communications within the organisation aren't unnecessarily, duplicated to the detriment of the elected national officials. That, has never been the case during Nana's tenure as party leader. Duplication and triplication of roles are always the norm, so why wouldn't it be difficult for a few others to rebel against that? When they are forcing the abnormal to be the normal within the organisation. You cannot re-write a whole new party constitution during a new leaders tenure, nor can you emasculate and kill the laws governing the party because it doesn't fit your narrative. Rather, you work with the same laws and constitution to enable every Tom, Dick and Harry sitting on the fence feel they stand a chance to gain when they help achieve the ultimate goal of winning power rather than, create self - inflicted enemies within the same party.
I am sure the opposition parties are observing all these happenstance with some kind of shock and awe as the Osono disintegrates before our own eyes.

Mahama deserves F in economic management,” Bawumia asserted.
Speaking in an interview with Nsempawura on a Koforidua-based Eastern FM, the former Deputy Governor said for instance, the NDC government inherited a total debt of GHC 9.5 billion in 2009 and has increased it to GHC 90 billion within six years.
By the end of the year, Ghana’s debt will hit about US$ 40 billion looking at the current borrowing trend, he predicted.
With the sum of US$ 40 billion, he said, a good management team will allocate just US$ 2 billion to each region for development but the contrary is happening under the NDC government.
In economic management, every government with such an amount of money should be able to pay nurses, teachers, doctors, NHIS, and take care of all the social intervention programmes in Ghana, Dr. Bawumia analysed.
According to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, President Mahama and the NDC government can best be described as a “toxic mixture of incompetent and corruption which has exploded into ‘Wahala’ and Suffering”.
He feared for the future of the Ghanaian youth under the NDC administration, and challenged the youth to join the NPP to recapture power from the NDC in the 2016 General elections.

In Terms of Mr. Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyapong their deeds since they are Holding this seat say a lot about them. How many times did you read press Statement that is pro NPP and Contra NDC. Looking at for example the over 900 Billion of debt Ghana has through NDC and the present implementation made, would you say that our debt stand justify the infrastructural development of Ghana? If not, why are These two officers are not showing any concern about it?
Rather mostly everything coming from them is to condemn NPP whiles their positions are questionable.
Duplication and triplication of roles is correct and better, if one is doing his Job, than to leave everything there whiles nearing the election time.
You Point therefore does not make sense at all. There is no time for de- and restructure measures.

In Terms of Mr. Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyapong, it is their deeds or misdeeds, since they are holding their seat, that is bringing them misfortune. How many times did you read press Statement by Mr. Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyapong that is pro NPP and Contra NDC. Looking at, for example, the over 90 Billion Ghana's debt through NDC and the present implementation made by the government, would you say that our debt stand justify the infrastructural development of Ghana? If not, why are these two officers not showing concern about it? Is that because they are working towards agenda 2020?
Rather almost everything coming from them is condemn NPP.
At this stage of election time would you wait till you loose the election to remain in opposition until you wake up or would you strategize to overcome the difficulties during the party of NPP? Then the next question is how are you going to strategize and with which result?
Don't you see duplication and triplication of roles as one of the measures to use to tackle to combat the problems. Are you taking into consideration the many meeting between Mr. Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyapong and Nana Addo that became fruitless.

Gold and cocoa prices tripled under NDC, oil boom accrued over $14 billion U.S. Dollars to Ghana under NDC, and still we increase our debt burden by almost 10 times and this man has the audacity to talk about the NDC instead of the incompetence of this govt

It's not entirely true that the npp ve handled the internal structures of the party well,there was internal contest as usual everyone was free to pict up nomination forms to contest,there comes winners and losers,new winners deside to take entrench position just because they want to maintain a percentage of a bargaining chip as a strong voice for one of the presidential hopeful who lost miserably.Afoko & Kwabena thinks their positions re the most important and if they say no to anything nobody else should ve a say,just as you were voted for so was the rest of the executives and above all the flag bearer who had 94%,this should tell anyone who has a hidden agenda to hide it because whatever you do in every constituency remember that 94% ll be there to expose you if it's against the flag bearer,but still this two personalities will not badge,even the man you were rooting for has joined the campaign,this calls into question the genuine intention of Alan as far as Nana Addo,s campaign is concerned because this re know persons who openly campaigned for him and if he means well should rather call them to order or else every move he makes with Nana should be watched from all angels.Whatever one does you must leave room for the future since no one can predict his end,who know what the future holds for all of us?if chairman Adams knew taking the chairmanship position would lead to his death I believe ll not ve gone it,they should continue to play second class fiddle to others as if they ve no minds of their own,we live to see.

Before the man was even re-elected he was condemned. People are still ealking that road and blamming him. If adults and so called matured politicians express their views and grievances as they chose, should their mouths be zipped. Ghanaians let's rather critically examine those who keep their mouths shut just to perpetuate their party in power against those who when even in opposition would talk and lambast what tgey think their party is not doing right. If we prefer a duck and ducklings style to mean unity and leadership quality then we have a long way to go. Strong institutions are built with varying views and freedoms of expression even if considered foolish. Not when a few speak and speak what the leadership wants to hear. Thats communism and bootlicking not democracy. By the way can the critics tell us what is Mahama's leadership style? How has Ghana fared under this style. Strong political parties dont make nations strong. It's how best the leader puts in place policies, strengthens intstitutions,and appoints competent people into positions etc. Obama is not a very liked president both within and without his party... but has he not performed creditably? Has he not transformed the US economy? Let's stop equating party unity to national unity and development. A united party in Africa only means folks in it are enjoying not the nation as a whole!!!
