Again, you're all witnessing the arrogance, greed, stubbornness and fear of losing position of some Africans. I don't think these two are now LOVED by the rank and file of the NPP membership, so the "hanging- in tough" is not helping the party, rather it is destroying the party. With them gone, PEACE will return to the party for 2016.
The first time I heard that Afoko's brother was, allegedly, involved in the acid-spay killing of the Upper East NPP chairman, I suggested right there and then that he should RESIGN calmly and deal with his family business. Right now there is apparent TENSION between these two on one side and the flagbearer & his camp.
?? So, what good does it do for Afoko & Agyepong to stay in office, with the daily conflict, accusations and counter accusations as the party is preparing to go in for general elections in 2016?? Why be so stubborn, Negro??
The two should RESIGN honorably and save the damn party from collapsing and if they wouldn't resign voluntarily, then Akufo-Addo and party bigwigs should promise the two of some roles in the campaign and positions if the NPP wins in 2016. And while Akufo-Addo and co are at it, they shouldn't forget to dole out some parting bonuses (cash) to the two, because they are sufficiently afraid of “what work they could find in Ghana, if they just resign and lose their jobs.”

Instead of fueling and wasting money to perpetrate an agenda that has suffered a stillbirth, he should advise his paymasters to start preparing their handover notes based on the poll results he has, because it is not going to change. It is going to increase astronomically by the time of voting.
