Never happened in our tradition that use of force, wanton disregard of party's statutes, use of abusive language and incessant antagonism of elected officials in our party before, during and even after their election. How dare you challenge da Rocha, Ala Adjetey, Odoi Sykes let alone mobilize people to scuttle his press conference ? Things have degenerated to a level that Meetings can be held without the knowledge or blessing of the National Chairman and party people are rationalizing and justifying it? Now constituency Chairmen are mobilizing thugs against national chairman and Gen Sec in no place then where he hails from and we expect to maximize votes from such areas which we don't do well in national elections? Who dared you openly castigate Agyenim Boateng, Dan Botwe, Sir John etc ? We lender them our full unflinching support and respect for them to function. Where is the parties once dreaded disciplinary committee? We've diluted its power by reconstituting it with cronies. Where's the once respected council of elders of our party? We've reconstituted it and ensured that if you're not sympathetic to my course you're kicked out of it. Persons within the party are not sure if they don't belong to a particular group they'll be fairly and evenly treated. The image and stature of the party sinks by the day since 2008. We painfully lost the 2008 and 2012 elections and it seems we've forgotten we have an election to win to save a nation nose diving into a quagmire. Anybody comes on air to abuse office holders of the party and no leader is able to call them to order because they're members from his camp! We forget that we won in 2000 and 2004 not because we matched NDC BOOT FOR BOOT but we presented, articulated and demonstrated a CLEAR ALTERNATIVE that was appealing to non NPP voters. We lost 2008 (3 rounds) and 2012 despite the economic mismanagement of the NDC and we think 2016 is a foregone conclusion? The earlier we start according and treating our elected NATIONAL CHAIRMAN AND GENERAL SECRETARY WITH REVERENCE and accord them the cooperation they need for it to trickle down the party the better for us. If our objective is to win NATIONAL POWER TO GOVERN THE COUNTRY INTO PROSPERITY AND NOT ONLY BE LEADERS IN NPP, THEN WE HAVE TO QUICKLY AMMEND OUR WAYS. Suspicion and unsubstantiated allegations will not win us power. Let discipline, respect for authority and party structures and fairness come back to our party and see whether we'll not win power. He doesn't belong to our camp or otherwise will not inure to the fortunes of our party let alone Ghana. We need a change in our party to make it appealing to NON-NPP members in order to take power from the ruling party. Buhari won because voters outside his party shared in his message. Kuffour won in 2000 not on the sole strength of the NPP alone.... Pls it's painful to lose elections and all your ideas of transforming a sinking nation remaining on the drawing boards gathering cobwebs. We have A NATION TO SAVE AND A NATIONAL POLL TO WIN.

The best thing you would have done was to say "no comment". Knowledge- is what you know to say and do. Wisdom- is to know when to do or say what you know. The unity of the Executive is paramount to work together and win political power. You will not lose anything by saying I am sorry and move on than to hold on to pride and lose your respect. All Ghanaians are waiting for NPP to come and deliver them from the hardship they are facing.

That action will for sure send signals to the Chairman and Secretary and their ilk and cohorts or henchmen that they can never take people for a ride.
Mr Adam in his letter of apologies to the Chairman and Secretary, sufficiently educated Them . He made it clear to them that the party has structures and or, chain of command which must be respected religiously no matter what your portion in the party.
By implication, Mr Adam reminded Paul Afoko and Agyapong that the party was not their respective personal properties. It was not their business companies. He clearly pointed out that the party was a complete public entity and as such belongs to the general membership of the party.
It is a fact and true as day follow night that Agyapong has and is nursing an ambition, and as such think that this is a good opportunity for him nurture his ambitios of becoming a President of Ghana in future. He clearly demonstrated this by contesting the 2008 NPP presidential primaries.
If he thinks he can destroy some one to achieve his desired ambitions, he should rethink. For if a person prevent a fellow from counting up to ten, he will not count up to nine.
For Afoko, H's has made himself a robot and being set up do as directed. There are enough available evidences posting to the fact that he working against NANA Akufo-Addos presidential ambitions.
Very soon, it will come out.
Afoko and Agyapong should therefore thank Mr. Adams and eschew all negative tendencies and work with and for Nana Addo to win the general elections. They must work and be seen working to be part of the winning team.

Why should national executive be meeting local executives when they have a chairman, a chairman who job is to organise his or her region and pass every worry to the national executives in person.
The regional chairmen of NPP should know the National executive only duty is to listen and take action if needed.
If national executives can solve local problems they can't be NPP chairman on any ground.
