    I have said it before. I worked with them before in Africa. I mean the Germans. Some even couldn't speak or write English but. they were very good in their various trades.

    Okudzeto Ablakwa is not thinking through. It is true that about 60% of the academic staff in the polytechics are in business and marketing disciplines. How does the govt intend to change that in just one year?
