Those guilty of corrupt offenses must be giving long jail terms, if found guilty, to send the appropriate signal to all such criminals in the system. I think Rawlings would have sent them to their graves in the PNDC era without trial. This bunch of criminals did not go to school only to become crooks, economic saboteurs and nation wreckers looting the coffers of this struggling nation. . The biggest developmental challenge this country faces is how to uproot criminals, vampires and nation wreckers masquerading as civil servants from the system.
